JETS 2022 Selections

Posted on May 21, 2022June 1, 2022 by Alana Chibnall

Congratulations to the below players for being selected for the 2022 Johns-Putra Junior Elite Training Squad (JETS). They will be attending the online coaching sessions which include lectures by top Australian Grandmasters including Anton Smirnov and Temur Kuybokarov, and special guests lecturers Hou Yifan Boris Gelfand. The selections were tough this year with 90+ applicants, so well done to all selected.

Thank you for the hard work from our selectors: GM Ian Rogers, FM Shaun Press, David Koetsier, Shaun Curtis and Ryder Testolin.

For players who have unfortunately missed out on the squad this year, please continue working on your chess and loving the game, and you will hopefully get the opportunity to attend the 2023 version.
